Who can belong to the Hammam Traveler Community?
Anyone who completes the registration form and accepts the privacy policy can join the Hammam Traveler Community and enjoy its benefits. Furthermore, as you accumulate purchases and bookings, you'll gain access to even better perks. Please note that items purchased from El Jardín de Hammam and bookings made through external partners do not earn points.
BENEFITS
What advantages do I have by being part of the Hammam Traveler Community?
Depending on your membership level, the benefits will vary. For example, at level 1 you can enjoy, among other things, a free emerge on your birthday. At level 2, in addition to other promotions, you receive a 15% discount on Miyah services on certain days and times, and a 10% discount for your companion. At level 3, you get a free MIMMA15 during your birthday month, among many other benefits.

How can I advance to the next level?
As you accumulate gift card purchases or bookings, you will level up and gain access to more benefits (provided they are bookings or purchases of an amount greater than €0).

What conditions must I meet to remain at my current level?
To remain at a level, you must maintain and continue to meet the access requirements for the entire time you are at that level.

MY RESERVATIONS/PURCHASES
How do I apply my promotions to benefit from the advantages I have as a member of the Hammam Traveler Community?
Booking through your private Community area. Log in, go to the "PROMOTIONS" section and book through the promotion that interests you.
Where can I see my bookings and purchases?
Log in and click on your profile picture in the top right corner to access "MY PROFILE". There you can access your information, view your level, bookings, gift card purchases, vouchers, your reviews and those of other travelers, and your Helysia Tokens, if you have any.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Our modification and cancellation policy is simple. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours or more before the scheduled date and time; otherwise, the full amount will be forfeited, or the gift card (if already paid for) will be revoked, or you will be charged 100% of the reserved amount. For MISTIQ services and groups of 10 or more people, the guarantee, cancellation, or change period is 5 days before the scheduled date.

Do I need to pay in advance?
Payment will be made at the time of booking so that when you arrive at the Hammam, the only thing you'll have to think about is starting to enjoy the experience as soon as possible.
Can I make my reservation by phone or directly at the Hammam?
To benefit from the exclusive advantages and discounts of belonging to the Community, you must make your reservation online through your private area.

Can community discounts be combined with website discounts?
It depends on the promotion. Some can be combined with other discounts, and others cannot. In any case, it will be indicated in the promotion's terms and conditions.
